Area of Specialization: The Mobility Assistant Officer Analyst is responsible for development and support of the applications within the mobile solution landscape. Provide system and end user support in line with Production Services offerings and Group IT Operating model.

o Knowledge of data bases, operating systems and software applications
o Knowledge of fault Logging System

Key Responsibilities

Provide user support for logged problems and information requests and interact with cross-organizational teams to provide Mobile system support to serve the business requirement
Perform system testing, quality assurance and continual Mobile solution monitoring
Research and conduct environment scanning and information analysis
Quality management of documentation
Act as document management system controller
Monitor services delivered

Questions after the interview:

At the end of an interview there is usually an opportunity where you can ask any questions you might have. This is a great opportunity to show the interviewer that you are interested in the position as well as the company.
