Appointment requirements:
An appropriate three (3) year tertiary career-related (Degree or National Diploma) qualification or equivalent qualification
Relevant experience with involvement in the management and quality assessment of all reports to be tabled at Mayoral Committee Meetings
Managerial experience
Computer literacy

Duties:
To render an effective and efficient Document Management, Logistics & Tracking Support Service.
Management and quality assessment of al reports to be tabled at MAYCO, Mayoral Strategic Meetings and Mayoral Lekgotla
Rendering of Logistical Support to abovementioned meetings.
Tracking of resolutions and preparation of feedback reports of abovementioned meetings.
Management of the document repository of the City.

Questions after the interview:
