An appropriate three (3) year tertiary career-related (Degree or National Diploma) qualification or equivalent qualification
Relevant experience with involvement in the management and quality assessment of all reports to be tabled at Mayoral Committee Meetings

To render an effective and efficient Executive Secretariat Support Service for Mayoral Committee as well as overseeing the implementation of the resolution tracker system and to constantly monitor and evaluate progress on the execution of Council resolution and report back, inclusive of coordinating correspondence for Departments/Directorates concerned.

At the end of an interview there is usually an opportunity where you can ask any questions you might have.
