Appointment requirements:
Basic literacy
Relevant experience in cleaning services
Physically fit and healthy
Willing and able to work overtime

Personal attributes / competencies:
Communication skills; hard worker; Good interpersonal relationships

Upkeep of building and terrain according to cleaning programme
Assist to professional staff with preparations and general cleaning for Multi-sectoral Aids response programmes and cleaning after all Unit activities (such as workshops and events)
Assist professional staff with reports on all maintenance and repairs to be undertaken
Assist professional staff with maintaining the resource centres and distribution of condoms
Assist professional staff with distribution of information, education and communication materials from the resource centres
Be prepared to relieve and assist in areas of need in line with the job content within the Unit as and when a need arises
General care of the wellbeing and protection of Unit facilities and assets.

At the end of an interview there is usually an opportunity where you can ask any questions you might have. This is a great opportunity to show the interviewer that you are interested in the position as well as the company. It is a good idea to prepare a few questions before the interview – this can be done while you are doing research on the company.
